Sonakshi Sinha has refuted reports that her mother Poonam Sinha was
skeptical about her intimate scenes with her co-star Ranveer Singh in
'Lootera'
"All these reports are quite rubbish. Mom knows what kind of work I am
doing and she knows what is in the loop," the 25-year-old said here
Monday at a coffee outlet where she was present to promote 'Lootera'.
"So she would not interfere in my work and I won't do anything that they would be embarrassed about," she added.
Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, 'Lootera' is a period romance and hits the theatres on Friday.
Along with them are Ranveer's antics. It appears that he suddenly developed stomach cramps when he had to face the audience.
Sona's mock punch only added to his misery.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has spilled the beans about his "Chennai
Express" co-star Deepika Padukone's appetite, saying that she eats a
lot!
Shah Rukh, Deepika and "Chennai Express" director Rohit Shetty were present on the sets of Colors' "Comedy Nights with Kapil" to promote their movie when comedian Kapil asked the model-turned-actress her fitness secret.Deepika instantly turned to SRK, and said: "You asked him to ask me this, didn't you?"Shah Rukh denied, but told everyone about Deepika's diet. King Khan and Rohit referred to her "elephant's appetite" and said that she eats every two hours.
"When we were shooting in the mountains somewhere, all we could eat were
biscuits and tea because Deepika ate all our food on the journey,"
quipped Shah Rukh.
"She doesn't restrain herself from eating, she ate everybody's food on the set, including the spot boys'," he added.

Pooja Chopra preparing for 'Commando 2' already
Actress Pooja Chopra has been asked to prepare herself well for "Commando 2" by watching a variety of film genres
The film's producer, Vipul Shah, has reportedly given the former Miss India a list of 150 movies to watch and learn from.
"Vipul sir wants me to see all kinds of films and understand acting in depth, because if the choice is left to me, I only land up watching romantic comedies," said Pooja.
"I've already started doing my homework and watched films like 'Milk' and 'The Help'," she added.
Pooja made her Bollywood debut with the action-packed "Commando", which featured Vidyut Jammwal in the lead. Its sequel too has Vidyut.

Saif and Shahid all set for a major clash
With the release date of Saif Ali Khan's next being postponed, it will now clash with Shahid Kapoor's film in November
If rumours are to be believed, Saif Ali Khan's next film's release has just been postponed. Tigmanshu Dhulia's Bullet Raja is now all set to hit the marquee on November 29 instead of September 6. Interestingly, Saif's film will now clash with Shahid Kapoor's Rambo Rajkumar, helmed by Prabhu Deva.
Apparently, it was because the makers wanted more time to market the film that its release has been pushed back.
Producer Rahul Mittra confirms the buzz and states, `Saif is currently
in LA shooting for his home production. Post his return, we need to
complete a music track. We need enough time to mount and market it.` A
birdie from Juhu chirps, `One can't forget that Shahid's ex is now
Saif's wife. Their clash will be quite interesting to witness.`

A source says, `Thanks to the producers of Saif's Bullet Raja, the
release has been
postponed by two months. Initially, Saif was keen that the film gets a
solo release. However after his back-to-back successes with Cocktail and
Race 2, Saif is not afraid of competition.`
In fact if they had stuck to the original schedule, Saif's film would have clashed with Ungli and Zanjeer 2.0.
While stating that Prabhu Deva is currently on a roll, a trade insider says, `It is unhealthy that two big films should clash with each other. While the recent track record of Tishu and Saif cannot be ruled out, one needs to also consider that Prabhu is at the top of his game currently.
We wish that one of the two change their date to avoid eating into each other's business.`

Priyanka Chopra chooses ex-boyfriend Shahid over SRK!
They fell in love on the sets of Kaminey, then parted ways. Even
after all this they remained good friends, with no hard feelings. This
is what we have been hearing for years now, about the Bollywood's once
upon a time couple Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor. Despite all this
none of them have ever confirmed their relationship status, instead
played a cool hide and seek game with the media. Once again, the
ex-couple is heard to have bonded over a common friend's birthday party.
According to a leading daily, Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were spotted together at a mutual friend's birthday party. Reportedly, PC and Sasha were present together at the bash, until the wee hours of the morning. It is further believed that Shahid left at around 3.30 am and following this, Priyanka too made an exit.
Shahid Kapoor was last seen with Priyanka Chopra at the latter's father Dr Ashok Chopra's funeral ceremony. Interestingly, Priyanka's another close friend Shahrukh Khan too was present at the funeral to lend a shoulder to a grief-stricken PC. It is said that the reason behind Priyanka and Shahid's break up was none other than SRK. But it seems like, PC has chosen ex-boyfriend Shahid over Khan.

Sunny Leone feels Hindi debut was her best decision!
Sunny Leone, who made her Bollywood debut with Jism 2 has
shifted her base completely to India, with her husband, as she has been
getting several film offers in Bollywood. Now, this lucky charm

ever made in her life. She feels that she gets more scope to act in
films and bring out the real talent hidden in her, something she herself
never knew. She also adds, that Hindi Cinema welcomed her with open
hands and is still showering her with different kinds of films. She owes
her special thanks to her director Pooja Bhaat, who found the other
Sunny Leone in her.
When Hrithik Roshan thanked Shah Rukh Khan ???
“Without Shah Rukh and his vision, Red Chillies (the production house) wouldn’t have existed. And as a result, we wouldn’t have achieved the kind of content (special effects for ‘Krrish 3’) we have right now. Clearly, it has all happened due to his foresight for the need of VFX studios,” said Hrithik.
Roshan has been busy working for the film which will hit the screens on November 4.
“We are trying to achieve something incredible; something that could have been considered impossible till a few years ago,” he said.
Hrithik Roshan, who doesn’t appear frequently on the silver screen, is looking forward to two other projects — ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Shuddhi’, after wrapping up the production work for his superhero flick.
Priyanka Chopra will be seen reprising her role from the 2006 prequel, ‘Krrish’. Along with Hrithik and Priyanka, Vivek Oberoi and Kangna Ranaut will also be seen in pivotal roles.
I'm glad I'm not dating any guy: Sonam Kapoor
After a day filled with back-to-back interviews, Sonam Kapoor is exhausted.
So much so, that she playfully refuses to give the interview. After some relaxation (and a lot of coaxing), Sonam sits down to talk. That's when the fun takes over. Aided by an air of familiarity in her voice, there's a mix of straightforwardness as well as mischief in her replies.
Though her latest release has raked in the moolah, the lady feels that she could have done better far better in the film. In a freewheeling chat with CS, the 25-year-old allows us to peek into her thoughts.
Confidence scare
I'm not at all insecure and I think that's the only thing that's scary about me. I like to take risks and the only thing I'm insecure about is the fear of starting to feel that I'm really good at what I'm doing.
The day I act like I know everything will be the day I'd stop working. On an everyday basis, I think I have a long way to go not only as an actress but also as a person.
My inspiration
Apart from my parents, the names that inspire me in my field are Nutan, Waheeda Rehman, Meryl Streep and Cate Blanchett. What sets them apart from the rest is the choices they made with unconventional roles when it came to their films.
Their ethics and hard work did the trick for them. I hope to do at least five per cent of what they managed to do -- and are still doing. Jane Fonda, Helen Mirren and Julianne Moore are the most incredible actresses I've met from Hollywood.

I've good chemistry with Ranbir but I'm close to Ranveer : Deepika
After being spotted for her oomph quotient to getting laurels for her acting chops, Deepika has come a long way. Here's what Dips had to tell CS when we met her recently at a technology-relatedevent.
Not a gizmo freak
I won't term myself as being crazy for gadgets. I don't keep track of all the new gizmos in town, nor do I want to possess the latest model that comes into the market. My use of technology is limited to laptops and smart phones. When I am working, I am on my phone 24x7, but there are days when I switch off my phone and I am totally inaccessible.
Camera calling
My favourite device has to be the camera. I love clicking pictures. Nowadays, you can do so much with the pictures like captioning them, changing the background or just having fun with someone's face (laughs out loud).
At times, I enjoy having fun with gadgets. I think technology has
made life a lot easier for us actors. You can enhance so many aspects of a film with the right techniques. It is a blessing.
I have very few friends in Bollywood, but they are all really good ones. Ranveer Singh, Shahrukh Khan, Dinesh Vijan are people who are very close to me and I trust them a lot. I must say that I have been privileged to work with some really good people.
The one thing I have learnt about B-Town friendships is that one must not take sides if two parties are having a problem.
After all, those two guys are the only ones who know what really went wrong. I will say that I never went out of my way to cultivate friends, the rapport has come naturally. It is an organic process.
Chemistry lessons
On-screen chemistry cannot be created. It is either there or not there. I feel that Ranbir (Kapoor) and I share a brilliant on-screen chemistry. It comes through well in our films, especially in the romantic ones. I definitely want to do more romantic films with him. The fact that we are good friends in real life does help in the work aspect as well.
Actor's take
It is very important for me to be recognised as a good actor. I want both the critics and audiences to love me. While commercial success is important, being recognised for your craft is equally important. I am very passionate about acting, and want to get better with every film. I have worked very hard, and will continue to do.
Sanjay Dutt is sorely missed by Maanyata
With his new release Police-giri around the corner Sanjay Dutt's friends
and family miss his presence in their midst more than ever.
This is a very trying time for Dutt's family specially his wife Maanyata. Apparently she has been unable to watch Police-giri. Although several attempts have been made to arrange screenings for her Maanyata has been too emotionally overwrought to watch the entire film.
`It is too overhelming for her to see her husband on screen at a time when he is not with her, ` says a source. Says the Police-giri producer T. P. Aggarwal, `This is very tough on all of us specially Maanyataji and Sanjay's immediate family who would have liked nothing better than to have him stand up for the film. In his absence we're doing our best. Not to have Sanjay with us is a blow that we feel more strong now when the film is on release. `A charity premiere of Police-giri is being organized, apparently at Sanjay Dutt's behest.
Says Aggarwal, `Instead of hosting a lavish premiere of Police-giri in Dubai as we had planned we will give the proceeds from the first show all over Maharashtra for flood relief in Uttarakhand. This is our gesture for the suffering and loss in Uttarkhand. It is the least we can do. `
T. P. Aggarwal says he wants the film to be a success for Sanjay's sake more than his own. `Sanjay's willpower is Herculean. At a time when he was preparing to return to jail he shot two songs and many action scenes with us.
Which other actor would think of work at a time like that? If I was in his place I'd have kicked the work aside. How can any humanbeing focus on work when he has a jail sentence staring at him? But Sanjay Dutt did. We salute him. We want Police-giri to be a success for his sake. `

Clash of the Titans: 'Dhoom 3' not to take on 'Krrish 3'
Despite the producer's initial go-ahead, his team rejects
post-production work on Hrithik Roshan's superhero film 'Krrish 3' along
with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Ram Leela'.
While both Rakesh Roshan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming films have already created quite a lot of buzz, despite being months away from release, it looks like Aditya Chopra's production house has no time for them.
Our sources say that the banner has turned down the filmmakers' request for renting out their studio for post-production work, despite Aditya initially giving them his green signal.
Insiders say that both the directors apparently asked for bulk dates, which did not go down well with Adi's team. Sources say another reason for turning them down could be that Yash Raj Films have their own projects underway at the studio besides previously committed work from other filmmakers.
An insider says, `Both Roshan and SLB wanted their films' final mixes and dubbing to be done at Aditya's studio. Now, Aditya has given a go-ahead for only the dubbing of the Hrithik starrer superhero film.`
While the Roshans have started their sound mixing at another recording studio in Andheri, the director says, `We wanted both the jobs done at Yash Raj but they had their other commitments lined up.` Both YRF and SLB remained unavailable for comment.

Is Kangna getting conned of whopping Rs 2 crore?
Kangs' lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee apparently first contacted the builder on May 6 but the builder is yet to get back to the aggrieved party.
Says the advocate, `There is a dispute since the last two months and the builder has refused to transfer the said property till they receive the amount. I believe that the matter can be amicably resolved. In case if no consensus is arrived by the end of this week, then I have instructions from my clients to proceed legally to safeguard their legitimate rights and interest.`

Sunny Leone is proud of being a porn star!
And this was all because of her past of being an international porn star. But, she thinks the other way!
During an interview with a leading daily, the sultry siren admitted that she in not at all ashamed of her past, being a porn actor and it's because of her past that she had moved to India.
"If it wasn't for my past, I would not be who I am. I am not ashamed of it because it has brought me here to India. If I came here as regular me with no entertainment experience then I would not be as popular as I am today with the public" she told.
Priyanka gets booked!
Priyanka Chopra was pleasantly surprised on a recent visit to a
Delhi School as the chief guest at their choir festival, that the class 5
students of the school have an entire chapter on the actor's life in
their text book.
Courtesy her army background, Chopra spent her childhood in a number of places, and her story of constantly moving base and wide exposure is now part of the class 5 Environmental Studies textbook in the first chapter titled Roving Families, Shifting Homes.
The actor grew up in Bareilly, Lucknow, Mumbai in India and Newton, Massachusetts and Iowa in the USA. The chapter also has pictures of PeeCee's family and her her Miss World winning moment.
A source close to the actor says, "This is the first time an actress has been honoured in such a manner". Dr Jyoti Bose, principal, Springdales School Dhaula Kuan, which has the book in its curriculum, says, "We chose the book on the basis of overall content and didn't even know that Priyanka was featured in the chapter.
As a sheer coincidence, we chanced upon the chapter a day before her visit and decided to surprise her with it. She was overwhelmed."

Sunny Leone's affair with India
As a top-rated porn star in the US, Sunny Leone had perhaps never
imagined she could have "moved" to Bollywood as "easily" as she did. But
she is glad that the industry is "accepting" her while she tries to
"fully crack the code".
We bring you a few excerpts from her interview:
A lot has happened to your career in Bollywood since we last spoke. How do you feel about the changes in your life and career?
This has been the most amazing transition that I could hope for. Being accepted and liked in another country is not something that happens all the time.
How accepting has Bollywood been of you? Do you feel completely at home here?
Bollywood has been very accepting. I know there are people out there that don't like me but there are more people liking me so it doesn't bother me. I am very lucky that when I entered Bollywood, I was coming with a fan-following already. And the 'Bigg Boss 5' show helped everyone else get to know me as a person. Moving to India from Hollywood was one of the easiest moves I have ever made. Effortless really.
How much of the Indian film industry have you so far come to terms with?
I'm not sure I fully understand this question. But I grew up in typical Punjabi home and watched Hindi movies during my childhood. I understand Hindi and Punjabi and the Indian film industry is like every entertainment industry across the world. It all functions the same just in a different language. I have moved my whole world here and love this industry of Bollywood.
Do you feel it's hard for an outsider like you to crack the Bollywood code?
I work very hard and around the clock trying my hardest to learn everything that Bollywood is. I'm not even sure if I have fully cracked the 'code', but I've begun the process hopefully. It all depends on how my second, third and fourth movie do. In all reality, I have only made one movie that has been released to the world. It all depends on how the world accepts me in those movies to come.
Your next project is Ekta Kapoor's "Ragini MMS 2"? How comfortable are you in the horror genre?
Honestly, I loved working on this film. There is a lot of performance in this movie and a huge range of emotions and, of course, horror. I don't mind the idea of not looking pretty in every shot. To me, this is my way of getting out of who I am and becoming someone completely different for the day.
Are you now a full-on Mumbai girl? Have you and your husband settled down in Mumbai?
I feel very comfortable living here and it's been the easiest move for he and I. We're very much settled and know the in's and out of Mumbai. I think the day I felt totally comfortable was when I started giving my driver directions.
Have you left your days as an adult star behind? How do you look back on that experience?
If it wasn't for my past, I would not be who I am. I am not ashamed of it because it has brought me here to India. If I came here as regular me with no entertainment experience then, I would not be as popular as I am today with the public.
How do you react to a director like Anees Bazmi saying he wouldn't want to work with you as he has a family audience to consider?
I have no idea what this is all about. But I am very lucky that there are plenty of people that want to work with me.
Is it true your husband Daniel is also seeking a career in Bollywood?
My husband is entertaining several opportunities and for information you'll have to ask him.

Priyanka Chopra unveils first look of her latest single with international rapper Pitbull
Keeping herself strong, Piggy Chops posted online the first promotional photo of her latest single Exotic, featuring international rapper Pitbull. Looking svelte and sexy in a belted black cut-out dress, the budding pop star is seen in one of her famous poses with her hands on her hair and her famous tattoo, 'Daddy's little girl' showing on her right wrist.
However, though Priyanka looks great in the photo-op with her blown away hair and bee-stung pout, the style icon doesn't hit the spot as far as the title track goes as she looks anything but exotic.
